Once a simple cross mark is drawn on the workpiece, SNIPER identifies the intersection point as the intended drilling position and precisely determines the target center before the spindle moves.

Proactive Safety Logic
The system establishes a monitored safety perimeter around the drilling area. SNIPER continuously evaluates real-time visual input to assess potential obstruction or hand presence. If the presence of a hand is detected within the danger zone, the system classifies this as a critical safety violation and pauses machine operation.

Decide: Autonomous Alignment and Safety Priority

Intent-Driven Alignment
Once the target center is confirmed, SNIPER directly determines the required X/Y correction and commands the X/Y motion system to position the spindle directly over the intended drilling center, automatically completing the micro-adjustment.

The decision logic prioritizes safety over motion. If the system detects a safety violation, the Neural-Core can override active movement commands and trigger a safety stop, ensuring human protection.

No special consumables or proprietary accessories are required for everyday operation, helping keep long-term ownership simple and cost-effective. Its modular mechanical design also makes routine maintenance and upkeep more straightforward.

Electronic Reliability

SNIPER's intelligent vision system, servo controls, and electronic modules are engineered for dependable long-term performance in professional workshop environments. SNIPER remains fully functional offline without an Internet connection. The WiFi connection is used solely to download future OTA software updates, including feature enhancements, and will never be used to collect any user personal information or private data.
