Harvey Arcade

1. Just for fun

The Harvey Arcade ("Arcade") is a free, promotional entertainment feature provided by Harvey Industries International and its affiliates ("Harvey," "we," "us"). No purchase is necessary, and no prizes, rewards, discounts, or anything of value are offered for playing or for any score.

2. Fiction, not instruction

All games are fictional and exaggerated for entertainment. Nothing in the Arcade is a machinery operation guide, safety instruction, or product demonstration. Never imitate anything you see in these games with real tools or machinery. Always read and follow your machine's owner's manual, use all guards and safety equipment, and follow safe shop practices.

3. Concept products

Some products shown in the games, including the D-1 "Dream Saw" and any safety systems or components depicted with it, are concepts or fictionalized versions. They may not be available for sale, may never be sold, and are not shown with their actual features, specifications, or performance. Nothing in the Arcade is an offer, a product claim, or a warranty.

4. Health warning

Some games contain flashing lights, fast motion, and sound that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy, or cause dizziness or discomfort. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any unusual symptoms. Take regular breaks.

5. Age

The Arcade is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not enter any personal information if you are under 18.

6. Provided "as is"

The Arcade and all games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation. Games may change, stop working, lose scores or progress, or be removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device damage, injury, or other loss, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Arcade. You play at your own risk and assume all risks of playing. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Some games are hosted by third-party services and open in an embedded player or a new tab. Harvey does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, data practices, or security. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Intellectual property

Harvey names, logos, product names, characters, and artwork are owned by Harvey or its licensors. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use only; do not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer them. The Arcade is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any other video game publisher or trademark owner.

10. Privacy

Any information you choose to provide in a game (such as an email address) is handled under Harvey's Privacy Policy. Providing it is optional and not required to play.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Play or discontinue the Arcade at any time. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
